I am a lecturer and researcher at the UWA Business School, with a background including transport, behavioural research, public policy, analytics and management. Across my academic, teaching and applied work, I examine how people interpret information, respond to change and make decisions within complex systems.

I research how people perceive, understand and respond to transport systems, technologies, policies and organisational change. In my teaching, I connect theory, behavioural insight and data with the decisions students will encounter in professional practice.
I work with data, models, literature, and stakeholder evidence to develop clear analytical narratives. The aim is to help decision-makers understand what the evidence shows, why it matters, and how it can inform action.
I am developing an interdisciplinary research initiative exploring how attention, cognitive load, emotion and physiological responses shape behaviour and decision-making. The program connects biometrics, immersive environments and human-centred research with questions in transport, technology, policy and learning.
My current work includes research on sustainable mobility, electric vehicles, trust in emerging transport technologies, behavioural analytics and human factors. I am also developing new ways to connect research, teaching and experimental methods.
